Refund policy

Due to the organic ingredients and use of our products, we have strict no refund policy. We offer returns for orders that were shipped due to company errors. 

To be considered eligible for a return, your product must be unopened and unused, in its original packaging without the seal broken. You must request the return within 7 days of receiving the product.

BOSS Braiding Boutique and the Ta'Mousse brands ensure quality prior to shipping; therefore, any packages that leave our facility in good, quality standing but arrive at the shipped destination damaged (or missing) are required to go through the claims process with the shipping carrier.
